“Dr. Jones is well-prepared for m...”

Dr. Jones is well-prepared for my visit and clearly has reviewed my chart prior to entering the exam room. Any questions I directed to the nurse were immediately addressed by Dr. Jones and he explained to me perfectly. I like that he often has residents with him as part of their medical training observations. When having the procedure, Dr. Jones pays close attention visually and is thorough. Afterwards, he explains any findings or followup and always gives me time to ask any additional questions or request further explanation.
