“Great Doctor - Methodist billing is terrible”
Dr. Vana is great but Methodist is terrible!
I have Medicare complete - very good coverage. BUT methodist billing is terrible!! They ignore my calls and my ins. company calls. They have been trying to charge me $386 for what my insurance says they are under contract to charge $236. 5 months and they still haven't gotten it straight. I am actually on hold with my insurance now while they are jerked around by Methodist billing. My rep says she has been transferred 6 times.
