Dr Synowicki is professional and caring. You're lucky to have him at CHI. I have recently been hearing things at work about people losing their doctors who were previously practicing at CHI. I really hope this is not the case for our family with Dr. Synowicki. I'm not sure what is happening there to be losing so many of these professionals, but something needs to change to stem the flow of losses. We have been very happy at your system for over 25 years. Please treat these professionals at the highest level and retain them to keep your patience in good care
