Dr. Smiley is very willing to discuss your issue and reccommend a plan of action. I had multiple tears in my Rotater Cuff, some complete tears that required attention. From the beginning he was man of few words but upfront and honest. If he does his job and you do yours it's a lot of time and money but worth it.
