“Dr. Rummo left us in the exam ro...”

Dr. Rummo left us in the exam room for OVER 45 minutes before anyone even came in to get her for xray. After xray we waited another 30 min before he rushed in and spent less than 5 minutes telling us xray results, his diagnosis and treatment plan. We will never use Vanderbilt bone and joint again. They should take notes from the other clinics like Franklin/Williamson Bone and Joint on how to better care for patients and how to better manage their schedules. I've never experienced such poor patient care within a Vanderbilt facility as I have with Dr. Rummo's office. We would have walked out had we not spent so much time waiting. Extremely disappointed.
