“On both visits, Dr Williams took...”

On both visits, Dr Williams took his time (did not indicate that he was rushed), listened to my problems and then discussed what some of my options were. He was extremely professional, yet comfortable/easy to talk to. That is something I don't always find these day. Thank you Dr. Williams.
