Dr. McGregor was attentive and considerate. He described the anatomical situation and answered my questions well, but he did speed through the antomical description, using technical terms without clarification. I believe I am a challenging patient's mom because I advocate for trying all non-surgical interventions before using this more invasive treatments. Dr. McGregor met my concern fairly, strongly recommended surgery, but respected our family's hesitancy.
