Just a perfect, friendly and professional experience. The check-in person, who had to handle the phones as well, did a good job of dealing with a persistent caller while recognizing a line had developed. She handled the whole situation professionally and ably. The staff and doctor were great; very much appreciated the time and directness of Dr. Hettiger.

I had surgery in April so I basically spent the summer every week in therapy and saw my doctor a few times during all of that. The receptionist staff, my therapist, and especially my doctor have been fantastic I couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome
