“I read in the visit/clinic notes...”
I read in the visit/clinic notes that I was listed as having COPD. I have never been told, nor do I have COPD. I also read that I was classified as ASA 3. I don't understand/agree with this, as my chronic conditions are stable and well controlled. I think I am an ASA 2 and would like to have known this classification during the Interview so I could ask questions and better understand why I received this classification: for example, an ASA 3 is considered to have "severe" systemic disease? What constitutes "severe" systemic disease? With all of my conditions, I am perfectly capable and do run my small livestock and produce farm by myself. I am slowed down by current ortho conditions, but they are not chronic and will be fixed.
