“My experience has been when you ...”

My experience has been when you see a neurologist or neurosurgeon at Promedica after being referred to one, they have a preconceived idea of where the appointment will prior to listening to my concerns. It feels like only one of my symptoms was addressed as opposed to the complete picture. I also do not believe that anyone on the care team fully read through the detailed paperwork I filled out and brought with me.
