Dr. Hoffman always remembers my health background. She is she both asks pertinent questions and answers my questions. She always orders any tests I need and lets me know the results quickly over My Chart. I consider myself lucky to be her patient.

Dr. Hoffman has been my provider for many years. She is always very friendly and pleasant. She can make referrals and provide prescriptions but I mentioned edema to ankles discoloration pain in tailbone etc. although she expresses sympathy, no physical exam was done. She listened briefly to my heart & lungs. That was it I felt the visit was a waste of time and money.
