“Pam was very providing an upfron...”
Pam was very providing an upfront about test results, even going over test by test with me. I've been a nurse for 20 years, but there's still some things I don't understand on the cardiac side of things, and she was very very well understanding of any questions and very explanatory Towards any questions and explaining everything. From the beginning of the appointment to the end, feel, she listened to me very well and she took my concerns and into consideration and is even scheduling me for a stress test just to double make sure everything is OK even though I've had prior test that looked good. Just wants to make sure before surgery. I would definitely recommend Pam and her office crew to any other family or friends of my own as they were very kind from the very beginning at check-in all the way throughout the appointment, and you can tell Pam really enjoys what she does. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for Mercy in the cardiac area!!
