HE LISTENS WELL, ASKS QUESTIONSLISTENS TO ANSWERS & WILL REVISIT QUESTION AS NECESSARY. 1ST DOCTOR IN A LONG, LONG TIME THAT HAS DONE SO, WHERE I COULD MAKE DECISIONS ON HOW TO COMPLY AT MY LEVEL OF ABILITIES THAT HAVE BEEN SEVERELY REDUCED, BUT RISING OVER TIME SINCE WORKING WITH NEWER DOCTORS OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS.
