PA Olivia was very awesome! She showed me my healing progress, and discussed a continued treatment plan for optimizing the best results for my healing journey. What could have been a traumatic experience, she had already counseled me in managing my expectations, what I was going to experience when removing the brace (stiffness, soreness, unable to move the finger normally right away) as well as alleviating the concerns I had while trying to move my finger and the normalcy as to the situation so that I wasn't shocked or scared. She made me feel encouraged and hopeful and comforted. Very grateful!!
