PA Olivia was very awesome! She showed me my healing progress, and discussed a continued treatment plan for optimizing the best results for my healing journey. What could have been a traumatic experience, she had already counseled me in managing my expectations, what I was going to experience when removing the brace (stiffness, soreness, unable to move the finger normally right away) as well as alleviating the concerns I had while trying to move my finger and the normalcy as to the situation so that I wasn't shocked or scared. She made me feel encouraged and hopeful and comforted. Very grateful!!

Olivia Nicklos is an outstanding provider! She was thorough in her exam of my surgical site and stitches. She expertly removed the stitches and explained that I was now able to proceed with normal activities. She looked at the movement of my repaired trigger fingers and explained about continuing the joint exercises. She also set me up for follow up in 2 weeks to see how I had progressed.
