More info: Our practice is mostly Fee-for-Service. We do accept most major PPO plans, and private pay. Based on your dental benefits plan, deductible and co-payment is patient’s responsibility. Any applicable fees will be discussed in advance. 20% down payment is required for all major work upon scheduling an appointment. All out-of-pocket fees will be collected at the time of your visit. We accept credit cards and cash. We also offer 6, 12 or 18 months interest free financing by Care Credit.
