Dr. Burns and I ended up talking around each other a lot which was very frustrating. As an engineer, I appreciate the need for visual aids, which were not present. I'd like to go over the MRI that you had ordered me to get, not just briefly discuss and dismiss it. I want to understand what I am getting myself into, and the fact that we didn't go over everything in the detail I would have liked also added to the frustration. He also needs to stop saying,"we'll call you" and then I never get a call. This is part of why it took me 2 years to get a follow up, which is a great way open a conversation, "Oh, where did you disappear on me for 2 years?" And can he please take a moment to read what the assistant wrote down. Me trying to explain everything I just explained to the assistant a second time is actually a challenge for me and super annoying. Also, can we get a mirror, so when he's poking my butt and asking if it's the right place, I can say yes, because I can't determine if where you are touching me is the correct location on feel alone. And why the need to hold a sheet up in front of me when I am getting undressed? I have nothing to hide and it's very annoying. Overall the experience was fine otherwise.
