“Last minute rescheduled appt for...”
Last minute rescheduled appt for the last two visits. I brought up concerns about teething and was shut down and told babies don't get teeth until about 6 months old. I then was told that my baby looked like he was very hungry (he was chewing on his hand and smiling, and he had just eaten before we came. We drive 30 mins so it had been about an hour since he last ate) he listed him as failure to thrive but did not discuss any of that with me other then he was small and falling below the growth chart (he is not falling off his own growth curve just the charts they base it off) I felt like I was looked down on and that he felt I didn't feed my son enough. He's grown almost 3.5inches but only about 1.5 lbs since his last appt. He's a very happy baby and eats plenty. I've seen lactation before and he has a good latch and I pump when at work and know that I'm producing enough milk. (If I'm low I supplement some formula mixed in so he's getting enough)
