I came in to the clinic with serious medical issues and a lot of personal thoughts on what it could be. She listened, talked me through everything logically and ran tests to ensure the next steps would be correct. She was patient, kind and professional. Her assessment led to my admission to the ER and eventually, a successful outcome to my situation.
