I was honestly impressed with Nikki Newman. She listened intently to any concerns I had. Have a provider actually listen to my concerns and become engaged is unusual in today's medical model. She actually wanted to develop a dialogue with me about my concerns.As I said I was very impressed and this is the best I have ever felt about an appointment and a medical provider. This is the way a medical appointment needs to be handled. A team approach between provider and patient is not often achieved but Nikki Newnan sets the standard!
