At my appointment, I was seen On time. The PA was very nice and explain things to me. When I saw the nurse practitioner, she also was very polite was interested in what I had to say and very helpful with any questions I had.

Very professional, kind, and listened very carefully to my concerns. When I mentioned I am a little forgetful, she wrote everything down very clearly for later reference. She also helped me with my prescriptions to get them to the correct pharmacies. I HIGHLY recommend her.
