Very thorough. I was a little worried because she was running late but I realized for her to be as thorough as she was takes time. So I was very pleased

I was honestly so surprised at how awful my experience went. The nurses that helped me at first was great, she listened and wrote down what I was saying with comments along the way. However, when the doctor came in she did great me but once I started telling her all my information she just seemed so uninterested and genuinely annoyed at all my questions. It felt as if she was writing me off to having a better nutritional diet when I had explained to her I knew something else was wrong because I know my body so I asked for a full blood work analysis and for my thyroid. She then looked at me like I was stood and said "well that's part of the new client set up". I was so annoyed because obviously I'm not a doctor so how am I supposed to know that's common sense? I then also had been talking to another doctor through a program through work who told me to request a test for H pylori and thank goodness I did because that came out positive and I was able to get started on antibiotics. However, if I grant asked from reaching out to others before this appointment she wouldn't have thought of it and just wrote me off and that is so frustrating. Especially considering that I only talked to the other doctor for maybe 15-20 minutes and they didn't even know as much of my background history as this doctor asked. They actually listened to my concerns and asked questions about that. Overall, it was so disappointing and I will be looking for a new doctor.
