Dr. Kidd is amazing. He takes time to truly listen to concerns and include you in the decisions related to your care. I never feel rushed or unheard. I have been going to Crozet Family Medicine for several years and have seen several providers as they rotate through the ambulatory clinics and Dr. Kidd is one of the best. Excellent chair side manner (he actually sits next to you, pulls up his chair, and listens to your concerns). During the most recent visit he asked how I was doing, I responded "ok", so he explored further and asked "what is keeping you from feeling good or great?" Several providers would not take time to explore and discuss options. I am very impressed with Dr. Kidd. I work at UVA and understand the pressures on MDs and APPs regarding RVUs, appointment times, visits, etc despite all of that, Dr. Kidd makes you feel like you are his only appointment for the day.

I recommend Dr. Kidd to anyone in need of primary care and gender affirming care. He has always been considerate and he takes the time to listen and explain options. Excellent "bedside manner"
