He wanted me to go to the emergency room as soon as possible to take some tests, and I asked him to make very detailed notes on exactly what he wanted me to have done and so when I went into my chart and looked at the notes, he said it wasn't necessary since I was seeing my provider and my provider is the one that put the referral in for the Gastro doctor in the first place so he didn't apparently read the fact that I couldn't see my specialist That was the whole reason why I was having to visit the first place and he didn't make any notes on why he wanted me to go to the emergency room at all so I would rate him as zero.
