“Good listener, not attending to ...”

Good listener, not attending to matters computer or otherwise technological while I spoke. Asked relevant questions, answered thoughtfully. Offered options and where appropriate, thoughts about each. Gave no appearance of rushing my visit. I like his manner --- approachable and quietly knowledgeable. I left feeling comfortable about decisions that were made.
