I've always had good experiences with Dr. Mortensen. Even with me being a bit lenghty in how I speak, I felt I was heard. The wait times for the appointment were a bit excessive, and also scheduling appointments same month can be a bit rough. But my overall experience is why I highly favor this clinic and Doctor.
