Dr Mortensen was amazing. She listened to my concerns with patience and understanding, and responded with professionalism, kindness and respect. She was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful. I have had high hymoglobin, hematocrit levels for many years now... She wanted to pull blood on me again just to check all of my levels, and my red blood cells are now high too. She Is the first Dr that has said she would figure It out and given me hope that something could be done about It. This was my first visit with her, and I am so happy she is my new PCP!

I was establishing primary care and could not be more pleased with my visit. The provider listened and asked questions instead of assuming. She looked at previous notes and labs and responded accordingly to my newest lab set. She offered an idea for a sample continuous glucose monitor to help me get started identifying foods that triggered my glucose. Overall I appreciate her honesty and willingness to work with me to get where I want to be with my health.
