The PA Natasha is great. She listens and gives an explanation for the various labs. Your office is very difficult to deal with. Every time I ask for future lab orders I am hassled. I am told to come into the office because you no longer mail them. When I ask to have them uploaded to the portal I was told that it was not possible. Then the young man I was speaking with said that he didn't know how, but he didn't care about figuring it out. I posted a note to Natasha on the portal and she took care of it. When I book my future appointment I am told to come in to the office. I refused so I got the tele appointment. I only want tele appointment - I came in late last year and it was a mess. There was no place to sit so I stood outside in bad weather. The small waiting room was filled with coughing and sneezing people. Also, it is a 45 minute drive for me. Your office needs a make over!
