“Doctor was prepared to discuss p...”

Doctor was prepared to discuss primary reason for visit, but initially unable to discuss ancillary conditions for which I've seen her. After a short discussion she was able to discuss these things; however, I'm not fully certain she looked over my chart before she came in. She was running very late, it was over 11/2 past my original appointment time, and the impression I got was that she had only given my chart a cursory review. She did however, spend adequate time with me discussing all the complaints I mentioned.
