Waiting room always nice and neat. The receptionists are very nice.
I adore the way Nance Karr is always smiling and sweet. She spends her time listening carefully, even with a broken ankle of her own. I will always continue to goo back to Mill Creek, as long as Nance Karr is there. She is wonderful! & I thank her!!

Nance really takes her time to ask all of the questions that she needs answers to, in order to help to solve the issue/s at hand. She is very compassionate and doesn't treat you like "just another patient." She sincerely CARES!
I have never stuck with Dr.'s. office for so long, simply because Nance has been the only one to EVER help me through my own issues, physically & emotionally I feel she is the only one I can talk to without feeling bad about anything.
I have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be called back for my appointment time
We even use their Urgent Care instead of going to the E.R.
