I requested explanation of last visit test results in more detail (EKG and Heart Calcium CT), especially EKG where it was reported as abnormal in many areas. Dr Neal explained it could be from poor electrode placement by MA. I countered why this was not followed up with education and explanation in my chart rather than simply by AI report. Disappointed that this is performance standard seems low rather than trying to improve.
