“He doesn't come in prepared to d...”

He doesn't come in prepared to discuss my healthcare. It seems as if he glances at my information before he comes into the room and then asks me the same questions he's asked on previous visits that we've already discussed. He also seems ready to leave as soon as he arrives like it's just a drop-in for him and he's not really concerned. I need to feel as if I'm being heard and understood. I want someone who is listening and remembering what we've already discussed. I take my health seriously and need a provider that does as well.
