She listened to my concerns and questions and answered with understanding and clarity. Her attention to detail and attentive listening skills made a difference in her recommendations for my care. Her expertise, knowledge of my medical history, genuine caring, and consummate listening skills down to my last comment resulted in her final recommendations for my medical care.

Molly Serzlip is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make me feel heard. She never seemed rushed and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed.
