Dr. Kim was patient and explained in Detail what the next steps were for my daughters case. She clearly provided us with options and the benefits and or Any potential negative outcomes that could occur so that we can make an informed decision. She had to A procedure that was unexpected for this appointment, but she explained clearly why she was doing it and talked my daughter through. It was patient and understanding of my daughters discomfort and supportive throughout the process.
