“This was my first visit with thi...”

This was my first visit with this doctor. He was genuine. That may sound simple but it is everything. He was knowledgeable of my previous doctor's information, inquisitive of my concerns. He listened and answered every question/concern I had. I did not feel rushed or hurried. I feel I had his undivided attention and he honestly cared about my situation.
