Dr McLaughlin is awesome. She explains things clearly and listens to me when I ask questions. Since I always make a Saturday appointment for my annual checkup due to my construction work schedule, I always thank her and her staff for being there on a Saturday for the appointments. So If things are running a bit behind like this past Saturday were, it's not really that big of a deal for me considering dr and staff take time out of their weekend to accommodate folks in my situation with work schedule.

Dr. McLaughlin is an outstanding optometrist! She is thorough in her examinations, explains her observations and prognosis clearly, and readily answers questions concisely. Coupled with that is her genuine enthusiasm and empathy for a patient's concerns.
