I was changing practitioners due to dissatisfaction with my previous practice. Ms. Karpinski listens to all my concerns and immediately responded to the primary one, which was somewhat dismissed by my previous person. Michelle was empathetic, considerate, a great listener and funny, which is definitely a bonus for me. I feel good about the direction we're going.
