Each time we see this PA she starts off well but dismisses my concerns or makes me feel like my concern is irrelevant like dark urine that's not an issue or asking for refill on nebulizer meds for my son is a problem - I won't prefer seeing her again and will request someone else.

“My child has been referred to CC...”

My child has been referred to CCMC GI for ongoing stomach problems. We have seen them several times now. However, after my son had diarrhea on an off for 5 days, I messaged the GI at CCMC (who it takes time to get an appointment with) and she said it was a good idea to take him for a quick check at the pediatrician so someone could feel his stomach, and make sure he wasn't showing signs of dehydration. When we came in, my son and I were basically met with a "why are you here and what do you expect me to do about It attitude by the PA". I felt dismissed. If I could just get an appointment with the CCMC GI any time he experienced stomach issues, I obviously would take him there instead. A more caring response to a kid with chronic unresolved health issue would've been appreciated.
