“Dr. Scott communicates with me a...”

Dr. Scott communicates with me as if I am a friend. He explained what he thought was the possible damage to my right shoulder and suggested another MRI be done to verify further damage hadn't occurred. He offered two possible scenarios to surgically repair based on the next MRI. My biggest complaint, no fault of Dr. Scott, is why does it take so long to schedule an MRI.

Dr. Scott was very professional yet also very friendly. Made me feel at ease. Had me laughing with some of his jokes. Felt like I was having a conversation with a friend and somebody who is empathetic.
