Unexpectedly, Dr. Ragosta, noted nationally in his field, approached me as a humble person who wanted to hear my story patiently as if he had no hurriedness or time limitation. He knew me by a thoughtful review of my medical record. He was not distracted by computer entries or the presence of a scribe. The complexities of my case received his thoughtful reasoning. I came for the truth. Dr. Ragosta gave me the truth born of years of dealing effectively with challenging cases. I trust him, knowing he will do what is in my best interest. Thomas Jefferson would be pleased that The University has a scholar and skillful physician among its staff today.
