“Dr. Norman was great! He was too...”

Dr. Norman was great! He was took the time to describe the hernia repair procedure that I had had in great detail, even showing me a video about he procedure in his phone. He answered all my questions about what activities I could do post-surgery all with great patience and no rushing. Then to top it off, he too the time to describe the images associated with a questionable finding on the CT scan that I had had in the emergency room. In summary, I couldn't ask for a better experience for this visit.
