“Bad bedside manners, issue was n...”

Bad bedside manners, issue was not resolved and or no concerns about WellCare of patient. I have been in severe pain for weeks, and all they have done is send me from specialist to specialist and issue remains. Moreover, Dr. Murphy seemed agitated and busy and seemed more concerned on going about his day. Very unprofessional and dismissive and never addressed the issue with my shoulder.

Dr was straight forward and did not sugar coat the risks of a procedure I may get. He still had a sense if humor about it but he was also professional. I feel he let me know all the good and bad for the procedure.
