“At the end of my visit with Dr. ...”

At the end of my visit with Dr. Longo and I telling him about my concern about my doing Exercises, he said to me it sounds as though cardio exercises are needed. The realization that that was true hit me.. A few more words were spoken, and then I must've said something to him that caused him to look me straight in the eye and with calmness, directness and authenticity, said to me.. I am here for you.That made a real impression on me, has had a real impact on me. Knowing that is true for remembering the mini instances during past times I have needed and received help from Virginia Mason. Those were words are true. And I wish to say that I was so very thankful, so very grateful, to know, that Virginia Mason is there to help when I have need. [...].
