“I had an X-ray of the knee I'm h...”

I had an X-ray of the knee I'm having pain in; I was escorted to an exam room where Dr. Callan was already in the room, viewing my X-ray. We discussed my pain, he was immediately able to pinpoint the exact places I was having pain. He sent a prescription to CVS, told me to come back if I didn't get better in a few weeks and I was on my way home within 25 minutes.

Dr. Callan is very personable. He explains things clearly and answers my questions so that I understand. He makes me feel comfortable before and after surgery. Follow-ups are timely and helpful. I always feel like I am getting excellent care.
