“Very Helpful!”
Mimi helped me immensely with my lower back! She showed me exercises and stretches that I can do at home to improve myself. She took time to really help me understand where my problem was stemming from and how to avoid repeating the injury.

“Super Skilled Mimi”
I've seen Mimi for a few different issues related to hip and knee pain and she reached into her toolbag of therapy tricks to help me get over such frustrating pain.
ART and dry needling were just couple of techniques we tried that helped ease my pain and get me back to an active lifestyle.
With each visit Mimi would reevaluate and offer new exercises to get me better. And her sunny disposition is almost enough to heal on its own!
