“Once NP Wallace was in the room ...”

Once NP Wallace was in the room Everton was great. She even stated that we needed to schedule more time to go over options, which I did. She explained her limited availability for the day and I left with a positive outlook. I loved that she said "you've only been scheduled for 15 minutes and that isn't enough time to go over your options" If every person in the office would say upfront "x is running behind and we'll update you as soon as we can then there wouldn't be any wondering.
