Provider did not have access to my primary care clinic records which I was told, when the appt was scheduled, would be requested. This hampered the discussion about my concerns. The provider seemed rushed and talked very quickly which made it hard for me to formulate questions and fully understand what I was being told. The provider suggested treatment options. I value collaboration, but also look to a provider to make a stronger recommendation for treatment.
