I've been seeing the provider for a couple of years now and not once have I ever felt the appointment was rushed, even in the middle of the covid pandemic. Melissa Canter ALWAYS takes the time to listen and talk to her patients. At the end of my appointment I leave with a clear understanding of sickness or illness and a treatment plan. I also love the fact that if I take my teenagers to see the provider she talks to them directly instead of going through me the parent. It helps them feel independent and included.
