Melinda Liu was very difficult to communicate with. Made me feel small. Was talking to the MA when I was expressing concerns about my medical issue. Responded, "I already answered that" when I asked a question I clearly didn't know the answer to. Rushed me out and didn't care about me when I had a positive cancer biopsy. I have not had a medical experience like this before.
