I'm concerned that there was something in my record indicating that I had used tobacco snuff and that was not true. I had no idea how that had gotten into my record. Not associated with the staff on this visit but it was concerning with their q&a because they noticed this in my record which was an error

NP Meghana Bachu was very helpful and listened to my concerns about my daughter. An example is my daughter has Cerebal palsy, and it is hard to draw blood. She called to the main hospital and confirmed they have a machine that will help find my daughters veins. Thank you, NP Meghana Bachu,

I appreciated the wonderful check-up and care as a follow up from the ER a few days ago. NP Maggie patiently listened and answered my questions. I did not feel "rushed" like there is not enough time in my appointment. She continues to care for me as I still need to get well.
