“SO VERY RUDE!”
I was at Truman Medical Center in the ER regarding some lower abdomen pains that my primary care doctor was concerned about. Since his office was closed he asked that I go to the ER to make sure everything was okay. I arrived to the hospital around 10:50PM. Triage was fast and friendly as well as registration. I was called back to the ER at about 11:30PM. I was asked to leave a urine sample however the toilet in the bathroom had feces on it from a previous patient.
