“She was wonderful about presenti...”
She was wonderful about presenting all the information to me about test results, and my treatment options. She was on my level and put my mind at ease. We discussed this and once I fully understood everything, she presented medication options, pros and cons and asked me what I was comfortable with and guided me. Didn't rush me at all, even after I was late for the video visit due to technical difficulties on my end. Which I must also point out that she and her nurse went above and beyond by calling me to see if I was having troubles. The nurse walked me through it and voila!! I was able to get on the video. Neither of the ladies made me feel bad for being late and still gave me the attention and guidance I needed.
